PALMER TOWNSHIP AMENDMENT TO
DOG ORDINANCE #102
An Ordinance amending Palmer Township’s dog ordinance #102, relating to nuisances and habitual barking.
The Palmer Township Board, Township of Palmer ordains: Palmer Township’s dog ordinance, Section 2, Dog Nuisances, to read as follows:
Habitual Barking: It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor a dog which habitually barks or cries. Habitual barking shall be defined as barking for repeated intervals of at least 15 minutes with less than one minute of interruption. Such barking must also be audible off the owners or caretakers premises.
This ordinance shall be effective following its passage and publication.
Adopted by Township of Palmer on this 10th day of June, 2002.
